Yes — SmartDashboard™ is fully ATS-agnostic. We connect via REST API or webhook, so any system that can send or receive HTTP requests can integrate. We've tested with Cadient, Workday, iCIMS, UKG, SuccessFactors, and many custom-built systems. Setup typically takes under an hour.

Our model analyzes a combination of signals: onboarding step completion rate, response times to communications, time elapsed since last engagement, and historical patterns from similar candidates. When a candidate crosses a risk threshold, they're flagged in your pipeline with a suggested action (send nudge, call, reschedule).

Most integrations are live within an hour. You'll connect your ATS via our API, map a few fields (candidate name, role, location, start date, onboarding status), and you're up. No data migrations, no complex implementations. Your team sees data flowing in same-day.

Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. SmartDashboard™ only stores the fields needed for pipeline tracking — no SSNs, no financial data, no sensitive PII beyond what's necessary. We follow SOC 2 practices and offer role-based access controls so only authorized recruiters see their candidates.

Yes — and it's even more powerful when combined. SmartDashboard™ can surface SmartTenure™ retention scores alongside your pipeline, giving you both "who's about to start" and "who's likely to stay" in a single view. It also works with SmartRefer and other SmartSuite products.

The minimum is: candidate name, role, location, offer date, start date, and onboarding status. For full functionality including source analytics and at-risk flagging, we also use: source of hire, communication timestamps, and onboarding step completions. All field mappings are configurable.
