No problem — SmartTenure™ is fully ATS-agnostic. Our REST API accepts candidate data in a simple JSON format, so any system that can make an HTTP call can integrate. We've worked with custom-built ATS platforms, legacy HRIS systems, and everything in between. If your platform can export candidate data, we can score it.
We measure accuracy as the percentage of candidates whose actual retention outcomes match the model's predictions. This is validated using industry-standard benchmarks for day-one deployments, or on a held-out test set from your own data during the fine-tuning process. We continuously monitor performance in production, and if accuracy drops below 70% for any job family, we trigger an automatic model retrain at no additional cost.
