If your ATS has an API, we can connect. Our team handles all the technical setup — you just provide your API credentials and we take care of the rest.

Under 10 minutes. Create your event, add basic details (title, date, location, roles you're hiring for), and SmartFair™ generates your registration link and QR scanner credentials instantly. You can send the registration link to candidates immediately — no approval workflows, no IT tickets. For multi-employer events, each employer gets their own recruiter dashboard and candidate flagging access.

No problem. LinkedIn OAuth is optional — it's just the fastest path. Candidates can also register manually by entering name, email, phone, and uploading a resume. Either way, they get a QR code instantly. For hourly roles where LinkedIn profiles are less common, manual registration still takes under 60 seconds and eliminates all the friction of paper forms.

Yes. All candidate data is encrypted at rest and in transit (AES-256 + TLS 1.3). We're SOC 2 Type II compliant and GDPR-ready. LinkedIn OAuth is handled via official LinkedIn API with full candidate consent. QR codes are unique, single-use tokens that expire after the event. Only authorized recruiters can view candidate profiles, and all data exports are audit-logged.
